Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with AURELL. We carefully prepare and package every order before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

During particularly busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.

UK Delivery

AURELL offers FREE standard delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and, where available, tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and begin from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, severe weather or postal disruption.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or delivery process.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check your tracking information first and contact us if you require further assistance.

We will work with the delivery provider where appropriate to investigate significantly delayed or missing parcels.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details along with photographs of the parcel and item where possible. This will help us investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

International Shipping

AURELL currently ships within the United Kingdom only. If international delivery becomes available in the future, the available destinations, delivery options and applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
